Frequently asked questions.

Why Board and Trains are beneficial:

Board and train programs are beneficial for all dogs because they provide a structured environment where professional trainers can quickly teach foundational skills like potty training, obedience, and socialization. For young dogs, like puppies, they learn faster and more consistently with fewer distractions, helping set good habits early.

How do I know which training program is right for my dog?

We recommend a consultation to assess your dog’s needs. For basic obedience, go with Essential Obedience. For advanced skills or behavioral issues, choose Advanced Obedience or Behavior Rehabilitation.

How will I know if my dog is making progress and How long does it take to see results?

You’ll receive regular video and photo updates showing your dog’s progress. You’ll see noticeable progress within the first few days for obedience. For behavior modification, it may take a few weeks, depending on the dog.

What happens after the program ends?

You’ll receive a handler transfer session to ensure you know how to continue training. I also provide follow-up coaching if needed

What are private sessions?

Private sessions are one-on-one trainings that last 60 minutes and these are good for all behaviors (basic/advanced obedience and behavior modification).

What form of payment do you accpet?

At this time, I accept Zelle as the primary method of payment. To confirm your dogs reservation in the board and train program or private sessions, full payment is required prior to the start of training. This ensures your dogs spot is secured and allows me to prepare for their individualized training plan in advance.

Payment details and instructions will be provided upon booking. If you have any questions about the process, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

What vaccinations are required?

All dogs must be up to date on vaccines. I require all dogs to have Rabies, Bordatella, DAPP (Lepto is optional)
